Shooting some assault rifles, yeah!
On a random peaceful day out tutor, Tomi, called me with the question if we would like to shoot some real assault rifles at the Finnish Army-base. Well, I don’t have to tell you that we had to think about it. We just had to gave some passport numbers and we were ready to go!
It was the first time in history got permission (so fast) to do this here in Oulu’s Army-base.
When we arrived at the army-base some tanks and history were already waiting for us:
The first rifle we got to shoot was the famous Russian AK-47 (aka Kalasjnikov)!
We could do everything by ourselves from loading to safety, with a instructor watching and checking us closely ofc.
The second one was the AR-15. This one had a scope, so that made it “easier” to shoot bulls-eye on a 150 meter target! You could feel this one had a littebit more power too.
The third one was really the best one! What an awesome and powerful rifle! The BELGIAN FAL !!
The soldier got this one because of it’s Belgian ancestry. This one really had huge bullets and made kind off big holes too 😀 Actually we scored pretty nice scores in general. (Bullseye and stuff)
Our Tutor had a great time too!
Thanks Tomi for this awesome experience!
